The "Korbievsky Service" - A Russian porcelain dessert plate, decorated in colours and gold with garlands of grapevines, centre with colourful flower bouquets. 7.25 The original service was produced before 1823 in France and acquired through the J. It comprised over one thousand pieces and was originally designed for two hundred place settings. In 1823 it was used at the Imperial residence of Pavlovsk, but in 1824 it was transferred to the Imperial residence of Tsarskoe Selo.
Throughout the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century, sets of additions were produced at the Imperial Porcelain Factory, significantly exeeding the quantity of original French pieced. Date: 1910 Diameter Approx 7.25 Condition: Perfect antique condition.
