Rare Antique 19th C. Russian Solid SIlver & Niello Belt

Imperial Russian belt with large solid silver and scroll engraved niello buckle with cossack sword (shashka) pin. Spaced around the belt there aew further large solid silver and niello cyrillic letters. I believe it says KAVKAZ Russian. Which is a mountainous region of Southwest Russia that separates the Black Sea from the Caspian Sea. In terms of condition, the silver is good and hallmarked 84 as pictured.

There is wear and marks to the fabric of the belt and the velvet lining as you might expect and as pictured. Measures 28 inches in length.
