Rare authentic Russian Imperial officer saber of one of the best manufacturers of edged weapon in Imperial Russia. Curved, fullered single-edged blade with double-edged point.

The back of the blade and both sides beautifully etched with flower ornaments and trophy bundles. Gilt brass hilt has flower ornaments and stamped with Cyrillic maker's mark under the Imperial two-headed eagle with a crown. Petersburg - The supplier of his Imperial Majesty's Court. Ray skin grip comes with gilt brass wire winding. Original nickel-plated steel scabbard with two movable suspension rings.
