Antique Royalty Imperial Russian Engraved Coat Arms Cypher cordial Shot Glass

There are also initials on the opposite side possibly referencing Empress Catherine the Great of Russia. (Please see last picture for reference) I believe the glass is hand blown, not molded. Bubbles are visible in glass as well as a circular pattern in the foot when one examine the glass with a 10X loop.

Condition is original with no chips, cracks, or damage. The base of the glass measures approximately 1 13/16 in diameter. Rim is also approximately 1 13/16 in diameter. Height of the cordial is 4 5/16.
