Antique Original Imperial Russian Two officer cockades for shako and cap (1960)

Two officer cockades shako and cap (Cocades only no hats), guards regiments of the Armed Forces of the Russian Imperial Army of the Russian Empire, model 1881/1909. Material and manufacturing technique: non-ferrous metal, silver plating, black, red, blue and green enamel, stamp. Dimensions: 60 x 60 mm. Description: made in the form of a multi-beam star of the Order of the Holy Apostle Andrew the First-Called.

Obverse: in the center there is an image of the small coat of arms of the Russian Empire consisting of a two-headed crowned eagle with a cross of St. Andrew's type on its chest. Along the circumference there is an inscription in Russian in the old pre-revolutionary spelling FOR VRU AND VARNOST (the text at the current moment of the modern alphabet FOR FAITH AND FAITHFULNESS) framed by a laurel wreath.
