Antique Imperial Russian Late 1800's 84 Silver Engraved Caviar Spoons

Beautifully etched spoons from turn of the century Russia. The maker's mark unfortunately is difficult to make out, but the "84" silver stamp is shown on the side, which indicates 87.5% percent silver.

One spoon is stamped "1886". There is an inscription which roughly translates to "I gift this to whom I love". As shown in the photo spoons are 5 long.
