In the middle of the cross there is an enamel miniature icon of Virgin Mary with Baby Jesus encased with natural pearls. The chain is also made of solid silver and is in the shape of stylized orthodox crosses. Is made in the House of Faberge by the chief jeweler Erik Kollin.
