Antique Imperial Russian Empire Silver & Pearls Victorian Pin Mark 84 2H

Has three pearls, a large one prong set in the center and two small seed pearls in the flowers under the center pearl. My jeweler repaired the clasp, slightly shined this up, and added the new pearls.
