Antique Faberge 1914 Russian Sterling Silver Imperial Military Cigarrette Case

Russian sterling silver cigarrette case, rectangular with rounded corners, the cover repoussé with a circular reserve centring the Imperial double-headed eagle, above the Russian inscription "War 191419151916", gilt interior, with cabochon stone push-piece in a gold frame. These rare cigarette cases were made by Karl Faberge. Marks and others only the silversmiths mark. Marked inside cover and base with the silversmiths mark BK. Excellent original condition as can be seen in pictures.
