Antique c. 1870 BATASHEV Imperial Factory RUSSIAN Tombak SAMOVAR with Teapot Tula

A large antique Russian samovar with a teapot, made by the Batashev Imperial Factory of Tula. The samovar is approximately 17.5 inches tall, is approximately 13 inches wide from handle to handle, and it weighs 12.5 pounds.

The samovar is in as-found condition, it could use a clean and a polish, there is a dent on the back and behind one of the handles (the tip of the pen is pointing to these), the interior has some use wear or corrosion inside, and it leans to one side slightly.
