Antique Bronze Imperial Russian Urn with EmblemVaseSignedAs Found

An Antique Bronze Imperial Russian Urn or what I believe may have been a cane or umbrella Stand. It does have damage; i. It measures just over 13-1/2" tall x 4-1/8" across the top and bottom and x approx. 8-1/2 at the widest section. It has the Imperial Russian Emblem attached but loose along the lower half and the bottom is stamped with the Imperial Russian mark and other marks.
