Samovar size: 15" H x 10.5" D x 10 W (6.3 lbs). Tray: 13.5" L x 7.75" W x 0.5 H. Bowl: 7.5" diameter x 2" H. I don't speak Russian so all of the following is just guesswork.

The Imperial Russian Samovar is a traditional Russian hot water urn used for tea preparation. There is a wing-like decorative design in the center, with the letters "PMD" stamped multiple times around it. "PMD" (Pervyi Moskovskii Dvorets) stamps indicate official manufacturing from the First Moscow Factory. There are also two profile portraits (medallions) on the left and right. Around the profile is written?

There is an oval stamp on the bowl that reads "???????????? This may be the name of an organization related to the non-ferrous metal industry during the Soviet era. From this information, it is believed to have been manufactured during the early Soviet period (1920s-1930s).
